How to book your onboarding call

New customers can book a live walkthrough with our team. We'll help you install your pixel, build your first audience, and connect your tools.

Steps

1. Open the onboarding calendar.
2. Pick a time that works for you.
3. Enter your name and the email you use for DataMoon.
4. Check for a confirmation email.

Get the most out of the call

• Have access to your website (or whoever manages it) so we can install the pixel together.
• Know which tools you want to connect, such as Meta, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot.
• Bring one real audience you want to build.

Important notes

• No confirmation email? If the booking succeeded you should receive one. If it doesn't arrive, email us with the date and time you picked so we can confirm.
• If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email.
