How to permanently delete your account

To permanently delete your account and its data, email support@datamoon.com from the account owner's email address.

What to know

• Deletion is permanent. Your settings, audiences, and uploaded data can't be restored if you return.
• Cancel your subscription too. Deleting an account follows the cancellation terms. See How to cancel your subscription.
• Fees aren't refunded. See Refund policy.
• Delete exported data. After cancellation, you must delete any copies of DataMoon data you exported.

Want to come back later?

If you think you might return, cancel your subscription instead of deleting your account. After cancellation, accounts may be kept for a 30-day grace period before deletion.

We'll confirm in writing when your subscription and account are cancelled and that no future invoices are scheduled.
