Common reasons
Your subscription renewed
Your plan renews automatically on its billing cycle until it's cancelled. See How to cancel your subscription.
An add-on
Extra websites or users are billed monthly, separately from your plan. This can look like a second recurring charge.
Direct mail
Direct mail is billed per campaign. To see what a direct mail invoice covers, open Direct Mail → Campaigns in your dashboard.
You don't recognize the name
Charges may appear as Retarget IQ LLC, DataMoon's former name.
