How to set up your account the first time you log in

When your account is created, you'll get a welcome email with a setup link. Setup takes about five minutes.

Before you begin

• Find the welcome email from DataMoon. Check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
• Have your website address ready. If you don't have a website yet, see the note in step 4.

Steps

1. Create your password. Click the setup link in your welcome email and choose a password.
2. Add your details and accept the Terms of Service. Enter your name and personal details, then review and accept the Terms.
3. Add your mailing address.
4. Add your first website. Enter the website you want to track and set up your pixel.
   • No website yet? Enter a placeholder such as example.com to finish setup. You can change it later.

When you finish, you'll land in your dashboard.

Important notes

• Setup links expire. If yours has, email support and we'll send a new one.
• Install your pixel next so DataMoon can start identifying visitors.
