How to connect your White Label custom domain
Last reviewed October 22, 2026
Run your White Label portal on your own domain.
Before you begin
- Access to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, and so on), or someone who can make DNS changes.
- Decide on a domain: a subdomain such as
app.yourbrand.comis usually easiest.
Steps
- Tell us the domain you want to use (if you didn't during setup).
- We'll send you the DNS record(s) to add.
- Add the record(s) at your DNS provider exactly as provided.
- Wait for DNS to propagate. This can take from a few minutes to a few hours.
- Visit your domain. Your portal is live once the record has propagated.
Until then, keep using your temporary URL.
Important notes
- Use a subdomain if your main domain hosts a website. Publishing a site through a website builder (such as GoDaddy's) can overwrite the DNS record your portal depends on. If you use your root domain, confirm with your web host before publishing any site.
- You don't need website hosting for your portal domain. Only the DNS record.
