White Label account setup: requirements and process

A White Label account gives your agency a DataMoon environment under your own brand: your logo, your domain, and your sending domain. Your clients log in to your portal, not DataMoon's.

Before you begin

Setup starts only after your White Label agreement is finalized. Have these ready:

• Signed agreement confirming your seat count, number of tracked websites, and plan limits
• Company name as it should appear in your portal
• Logo files, ideally high-resolution PNG or SVG
• Custom domain for your portal (for example, yourbrand.com or app.yourbrand.com)
• Sending domain for branded platform emails, if you want them sent from your own domain
• Primary admin contact: the name and email of the account owner
• Access to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, and so on), or a contact who can make DNS changes promptly

Steps

1. Send your account details contract, company name, primary contact name and email to support@datamoon.com. If anything differs from your signed agreement, call it out.
2. Account creation. We create your account with the seats, websites, and limits in your agreement. You'll get login credentials by email and a temporary URL you can use right away.

Important notes

• Your account matches your agreement. Changes after setup go through support.
• Your temporary URL works immediately. You don't need to wait for your custom domain.
• DNS changes are made on your side. We provide the records; you or your IT contact add them.
• Confirm before committing to clients. Contact us before promising specific features, limits, or timelines to your own clients.
