How to set up a branded sending domain

Send platform emails, such as login and notification emails, from your own domain instead of DataMoon's.

Steps

1. Go to White Label Email Settings.
2. Add your sending domain (for example, email.yourbrand.com).
3. Copy the DNS records shown on the page.
4. Add them at your DNS provider.
5. Wait for verification. It completes automatically once the records are in place.

Troubleshooting

• "Could not add domain." Try again once. If it still fails, email support with a screenshot; don't keep retrying.
• Verification is stuck. Check that each record matches exactly, including the host/name field. Some DNS providers add your domain automatically, which can double it.
