How consumers opt out, and how you handle deletion requests

For consumers
Anyone can opt out of DataMoon advertising at datamoon.com/opt-out.
For customers
- Offer your own opt-out. Your website's privacy policy must include an easy, legally compliant way for consumers to opt out. See Do I need a privacy notice on my website?
- Honor email opt-outs within 10 business days (CAN-SPAM).
- Honor deletion requests passed to you. When DataMoon receives a consumer deletion request that affects data you hold, we may provide those deletions to you, and you're required to comply as applicable law (such as the CCPA) requires.
- Agencies: make sure your end clients follow these rules too.
