What do the low, medium, and high intent ratings mean?
Last reviewed October 22, 2026
Intent ratings (the Score) reflect consistent behavior patterns, not a single search.
| Rating | Grade | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Low | B | The person has shown some interest. |
| Medium | A | Strong buying signals. |
| High | A+ | Repeated, sustained interest. Very likely to buy soon. |
How to use them
- High is ideal for immediate, high-touch outreach such as door knocking or direct mail.
- Medium and Low add volume for ads and broader campaigns.
Important notes
- High-only audiences are small. Filtering to High alone is a common reason an audience returns very few results. Include Medium (and Low) when you need more reach.
