How to reset a forgotten password

If you can't remember your password, we'll send you a password reset email.
Steps
- Email support@datamoon.com from the address you log in with and ask for a password reset.
- Open the password reset email. Check spam or junk if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
- Click the link and choose a new password.
- Log in with your new password.
Important notes
- Reset links are valid for 24 hours. If yours expires, ask for a new one.

Still not working?
If the link takes you somewhere other than the password screen, or the email never arrives, email us with your login email and a screenshot.
