How to update your payment method

To change the card or bank account you pay with:
- Email support@datamoon.com and ask for a payment method update link.
- Open the secure link we send and enter your new payment details.
- Your new payment method is used for future charges.
Important notes
- Links expire. If yours has, ask us for a new one.
- Never email card numbers. Use the secure link only.
- Payment failed? Update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid a pause. See My payment failed or my account is paused.
